We do not ship individual quantities outside the United States.

No merchandise may be returned under any circumstances unless said merchandise is defective. All non-product related fees (i.e. shipping and handling, etc) are not refundable.
All damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products must be informed with 36 hours of package delivery. Please do NOT ship back unauthorized returns. Any unauthorized returns may incur a $50.00 penalty fee, and may not necessarily be re-stocked. Please note that payment refunds occur only when similar merchandise is not available for replacement.
All claims associated with damaged package/product in transit will result in a call tag merchandise pickup arranged by DSDI™ through its shipping carrier (i.e. UPS, Fedex, etc). Damage claims must be filed within 36 hours after order delivery date; NO exceptions.
All return merchandise claims filed after 36 hours of original delivery date are strictly defined as a manufacturer warranty issue. Customer is fully responsible for return shipping costs, regardless of whether merchandise is found to be defective. Abusive wear and tear of products may not necessarily qualify a returned product for warranty coverage.
