Scotty #471 Rocket Launcher Bottom Pivot Rod Holder is a fully adjustable rod holder with over 9" of stainless steel jacketed composite construction, accommodating all rods. Rocket Launchers swivel 360 degrees, tilt up and down, including upright for rod storage when travelling. The #471 includes the #244L Locking Flush Mount, with splash cover. To use this new Scotty "lock-down" mount system, simply choose the best direction to fish from and insert the rod holder or accessory, pushing the post straight down into the mount. This mount can be used for all Scotty post mount rod holders. Mounting Dimensions are 4" x 2" x 2"; Bolting Dimensions are 1 5/16" x 3 3/16".
