Shipping and Returns
GhillieSuitShop.com uses UPS or USPS standard ground service for most orders, however, we have the right to alter the service provider based on the destination to sustain service levels and at the same time competitiveness of our pricing.
We ship international orders. Please note that all orders are shipped from the warehouse located in the USA. Customer is responsible for customs fees, taxes, and/or any other charges that may occur and will not be included in your final amount payable to GhillieSuitShop.com, based on the delivery address outside of the USA.
Please note that GhillieSuitShop.com is not responsible for estimating, charging or accepting any of these additional fees.
Please note that due to the nature of our products, we require a few days in addition to standard shipping time, in order to dye, dry and assemble individual orders. Details vary by product and can be found on each of the product detail pages.

Please note that we don't accept any returns unless merchandise is defective. Please note that in the event of return, all non product related fees (e.g.shipping, handling, etc) are non refundable.
All damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products must be reported within 36 hours of package delivery. All claims associated with damaged package/product in transit will result in a call tag merchandise pickup through its shipping carrier (i.e. UPS, Fedex, etc).
All return merchandise claims filed after 36 hours of original delivery date are strictly defined as a manufacturer warranty issue. Customer is fully responsible for return shipping charges, regardless of whether merchandise is found to be defective. Excessive wear and tear of products may not qualify a returned product for warranty coverage.
Please do NOT ship back unauthorized returns. Any unauthorized returns will incur a $50.00 penalty fee, and may not be re-stocked. Please note that product refunds occur only when similar merchandise is not available for replacement.
